SYNOPSIS:
Some want the money, some want the fame, but what comes along with being a part of the bully world leaves some broken, better or immortalized with the greats. For the past 25 years, War with the Gods has documented every step of the rise of the American Bully movement. From its unique history to its love-and-hate relationship with one of their most scrutinized ancestors; the American Pit Bull Terrier.
In this detailed documentary, we dive into a culture that brings people together from every walk of life for the love of the Bully community. From doctors, lawyers, teachers, to gang members who have decided to change their life.
This film gives a history to how this breed was created, how lives were touched and how it has now evolved into the Exotic Bully. From celebrities, artists to everyday families we not only learn the history of this dog, but we also see the highs, lows and social and financial wins and losses. Everyone isn't built to love this breed, but we learn to respect the people who do and celebrate what has been accomplished.
From beginning to end we cry, we learn and most importantly we grow with this breed. We learned from the rappers and inner-city youth that have brought these dogs to the forefront, but we also learn that they were perfected in the countryside overseas and in present day America for the last 30 years.
Follow as we lead up to the finale of War of the Exotics 3 Bully show to celebrate not just a breed of dog, but a culture. This culture can be seen from everywhere to China to Brazil and Europe, but it's well renowned for being created here in the United States.

OUR DIRECTOR
Joseph J. Goodz Council is a Director and Film maker in North Carolina. He is well known for the War with The Godz Trilogy which independently sold 700k copies. These films have brought the American Bully Breed, Rap artist and animal lovers from all walks of life together for the last two decades. Documentaries are an important part of his work with projects like We're Here, a film on a 2021 girls high school basketball ranked team with twin sisters. They maneuver through their senior year on a goal of a state title before leaving for College. As stated the biggest projects is the War with the Gods. This project elvoves into a Documentary created based off of the Trilogy where the outside world learns the untold story of how the American Bully came to life, and evolved into what is now mainstream and transformed into a world phenomenon and cash cow amongst breeds. This story is narrated through the eyes of animal lovers, breeders, activists and celebrities who make up a melting-pot community.
